Sheridan College was looking for an event at their weekend retreat.  They wanted to engage their new team in an experience designed to boost team morale, foster collaborative creativity, enhance group decision-making, and in the end, create unity!

Two Roads delivered an awesome outdoors event to ignite morale, boost employee engagement and explore the Canadian wilderness. Our focus was high-energy moments to spark motivation and strengthen team spirit. In this event teams communicated, strategized, and collaborated to succeed in each activity, they developed essential skills that directly enhance workplace problem-solving and cooperation.
