We're a family-run business, with a small team of expert professional facilitators and educators. We’re passionate about helping you make your business more impactful and profitable while creating a happy, engaged, and highly productive company culture.
Our events are playful, thoughtful, intentional and fun and best of all, they’re designed to achieve goals that increase psychological safety, employee connection, communication, productivity, retention, well-being, and more.
We believe that team building can be — and should be — fun and highly impactful.
Two Roads Team Building has offices in Toronto in Muskoka.
Our team leads workshops and events from across Ontario - from downtown Toronto to Collingwood, Ottawa, and London.
If you’re planning an event, workshop, or conference outside Ontario, we have facilitators who can travel to wherever you are in the world.
Scott Graham,
Chief Integrator & Director of Team Building
Scott is a professional facilitator, an expert in community development and team training, and an experienced speaker and educator.
Scott joined Two Roads Team Building in 2021 after over a decade as the Director of Corporate Programs and Summer Camps at a camp in Northern Ontario. Scott is an avid wilderness adventurer who completed a 120-day cross-Canada canoe expedition to raise money for youth experiential education programs. Since his expedition, he has given keynotes, workshops, and presentations at corporations and schools across Canada.
When he’s not leading workshops, on stage, or in the office, you’ll find Scott out on a lake in his restored cedar strip canoe, hiking, skiing, or snowshoeing with his partner Alexis and their dog Albi.
Alexis Dean,
Founder & Lead Facilitator
Before founding Two Roads in 2015, Alexis spent twelve years working as a facilitator, trainer, speaker, and educator in 21 countries with more than 200 corporate teams and school faculties.
Her years of experience, combined with her B.Ed in Experiential Education (Queen's University), Post-Grad in Adult Training and Development (University of Toronto), and training in XCHANGE facilitation (Appreciative Inquiry) methodology give her a unique perspective on what it takes to build and scale outstanding organizational culture with diverse groups.
When she’s not speaking at conferences or facilitating programs across Canada, Alexis can be found hosting the Dovetail Community of Women Entrepreneurs, or trail running, canoeing, SUPping, skiing or snowshoeing with her partner Scott and their dog Albi.
