Back Together After Three Years
Enterprise-Wide Reconnection (Real EstateCouncil Ontario)
Engagement Snapshot
Client Type: Provincial Governing Body - Remote Team
Participants: Entire Company - 170 employees
Format: Large-group, high-energy experience + structured debriefs
Focus: Cross-department Connections, Purpose & Values Into Action
The Challenge
RECO was gathering for the first time in 3 years (Covid-19 Pandemic). We were to encourage 170 employees to feel engaged and connected to mission by breaking down silos, building meaningful cross-departmental relationships, and fostering a shared sense of purpose, vision, and values.
The Two Roads Solution
Two Roads delivered a team building experience that encouraged new interactions, while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Two Roads provided a much-needed outlet for stress relief, using laughter and play to foster a more positive, creative, and engaged culture. The structured debriefing sessions turn shared experiences into meaningful insights, helping teams grow in trust, communication, and cohesion.
