Holiday Team building Events

Overview:

End the year on a high with your team, with an intentional holiday event or add-on to your party. Our Holiday Team Building Events are the best way to begin a social gathering or cap off an afternoon/evening together with camaraderie, an improved company culture, and memories to keep you laughing all throughout the year.

Do your holiday parties usually just involve having drinks or food, or an event where your team only speaks to the folks they usually speak to at work, in the same old way?  Avoid the boring party traps and ho-hum holiday celebrations!

Logistics & Details

  • These events are 1 or 2 hours long, for groups of 5-300 participants of all fitness and ability levels. 

  • This event requires a private indoor or outdoor space, large enough to accommodate the entire group

The Holiday Fruit Cake

Fast paced, quick thinking and big dose of creativity to invigorate your team!  This Game Show style event will have your team still buzzing around the water cooler into February.   

Honey, I Shrunk the Team!

Giant Jenga, Colossal Connect 4, even Kerplunk!  In this event teams compete for points in several large-scale versions of some classic kid’s games.  

Minute to Win it - Hilarious Holiday Edition Participants are divided into teams and compete in hilarious holiday-themed mini games.  It’s a race to beat the clock! You only have one minute to compete and complete the challenges.  


The Giving Games 

Perfect for the Season Of Giving! This event brings together the best parts of the season - joy, laughter, memory making, and the spirit of giving! The event works in coordination with company preferred charity partners (or suggested partners). Each team represents a specific charity partner and competes against other teams for the most points. The team with the most points at the end of the event receives a donation to be directed to their desired charity.

  • Two Roads facilitators will work with you to plan an event specifically targeted to engage and entertain your team members and end the year on a high! 

  • One or two hour event options are available. 

  • Every participant is included in every activity, so no one is left out of the action and excitement. All of our holiday team building events are designed to accommodate every level of ability.
