Office Block Party

Overview:

 It’s time to think bigger, build stronger, and connect deeper—one block at a time! The Office Block Party is a high-energy, hands-on experience where teams use our massive collection of blocks to tackle self-reflective, creative, collaborative, and competitive challenges.


During these individual and team tasks, players will be facilitated through events which require out of the box thinking, communication and problem solving. While some activities are exciting and active, others activities will allow participants to tap into their creative and innovative side.

Logistics & Details:

  • This event is 1-2 hours long, for groups of 5 - 30 participants.

  • This event requires a private indoor space.

Activity Examples:

The Blocked Perspective - This team challenge allows participants to practice patience, enhance communication and explore healthy conflict. Participants collaboratively construct models, while occupying roles with guidelines, to accurately create structures. 

Building Blocks of Success - In this creative activity, participants will reflect on the strengths that they bring to their professional and personal lives.  After creating their model, they will share their interpretations with the team.
